Thanks to high-frequency ignition, a stable arc is achieved from the start, welding with higher power of up to 200 A. A welding current set below 110 A allows for continuous operation. When processing thin sheets from 0.5 mm, it is necessary to enable the Pulse function to join almost all weldable metals, such as steel, stainless steel, copper, or nickel. Elements can be joined in various positions: vertical, horizontal, or overhead. The plasma torch easily cuts metals up to 15 mm thick at a maximum current of 50 A. The plasma arc is generated using compressed air, which cools the torch during cutting and leaves a clean edge. As with gas-shielded welding methods, 2-stroke or 4-stroke modes can be used here as well. The arc ignites with high frequency. It is effective even without gas when using electrodes. Stick welding (MMA) allows for outdoor work, even in strong wind. The method works without additional gas. The multi-process welder provides a very stable current, ideal for high-quality results.
