Online shopping and simplified return policies (allowing goods to be returned within 30 days) have encouraged faster shopping, which has introduced a lot of impulsivity and inattentiveness, resulting in goods being returned for various reasons, e.g., the color, size, or functionality did not fit, or the packaging/product was damaged.

How do we implement this project?

1. We buy returned goods from major trading platforms.

2. We then carefully sort the goods, check their quality, and describe their condition.

3. We pack the goods in new packaging or carefully reseal damaged packaging and present them to customers.

4. We upload real, unretouched photos of the product and lower the price of the item at our sales points.

How we label these goods:

• PRODUCT CONDITION: - we indicate whether the item is new or used.
• FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT: - we indicate whether the item performs its function.
• DAMAGED PRODUCT: - we indicate whether the item has external damage (dents, noticeable scratches).
• ORIGINAL PACKAGING: - we indicate whether the product's packaging is original or if it has been repacked by us.
• MISSING COMPONENTS/PARTS: - whether there are missing parts, e.g., screws, cables, or other parts that are not always known.

We try to show everything in the PHOTOS, so we recommend inspecting them carefully. We aim to present goods as clearly as possible, but sometimes we may miss something. You will see all the important nuances of the product in the photos.

We hope that this project will help reduce environmental pollution, as GOOD QUALITY goods will no longer be senselessly destroyed, but on the contrary - they will easily reach their new owners and be used for a long time to come.
