Electronic commerce and relaxed return policies (allowing returns within 30 days) have encouraged faster shopping, which has led to more impulsivity and inattention, resulting in items being returned for various reasons, such as: the wrong color, size, or functionality, or damaged packaging/product.

How do we implement this project?

1. We purchase customer-returned goods from large retail platforms.

2. We then carefully sort the goods, check their quality, and describe their condition.

3. We pack the goods in new packaging, or carefully tape up damaged packaging, and offer them to customers.

4. We upload real, unedited photos of the product and reduce the price of the item.

How we label these products:

• PRODUCT CONDITION: - we indicate whether the item is new or used.
• FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT: - we indicate whether the item performs its function.
• DAMAGED PRODUCT: - we indicate whether the item has external damage (dents, noticeable scratches).
• ORIGINAL PACKAGING: - we indicate whether the product packaging is original or if it has been repacked.
• MISSING COMPONENTS/PARTS: - whether there are missing parts, such as screws, cables, or other components.

We strive to show everything in the PHOTOS, so we recommend inspecting them carefully. We aim to present products as clearly as possible, but sometimes we may miss something. You will see all important nuances of the product in the photos.

We hope this project helps reduce environmental pollution, as HIGH-QUALITY goods will no longer be pointlessly destroyed, but instead will easily reach their new owners and be used for a long time.
