Trading through e-shops and eased return policies (goods can be returned within 30 days) have encouraged faster shopping, which has introduced a lot of impulsivity and carelessness, resulting in items being returned for various reasons, e.g., the color, size, or functionality did not fit, or the packaging/item was damaged.

 

How do we implement this project?

1. We purchase customer-returned items from major retail platforms.

2. We then carefully sort the items, check their quality, and describe their condition.

3. We pack the items in new packaging or carefully reseal the damaged packaging and present them to customers.

4. We upload real, unedited photos of the items to our sales channels and reduce the price of the item.

 

How we label these items:

  • PRODUCT CONDITION: - we indicate whether the item is new or used.
  • WORKING ITEM: - we indicate whether the item performs its function.
  • DAMAGED ITEM: - we indicate whether the item has external damage (dents, noticeable scratches).
  • ORIGINAL PACKAGING: - we indicate whether the product's packaging is original or if it has been repacked in our own packaging.
  • MISSING COMPONENTS/PARTS: - whether there are any missing parts, e.g., screws, cables, or other not always obvious parts.

 

In the PHOTOS, we strive to show everything, so we recommend inspecting them carefully. We aim to present items as clearly as possible, but sometimes we may overlook something. You will see all important nuances of the item in the photos.

 

We hope that this project will help reduce environmental pollution, as GOOD QUALITY items will no longer be senselessly destroyed; on the contrary - they will easily reach their new owners and be used for a long time to come.
