Returned item Ecost The Bellies From Bellyville 700017319 Bellies Cool School Los Dolls, color

We are a responsible, sustainable project through which we aim to offer high-quality items that customers have returned from global retail platforms at a lower price, while protecting the environment.

What is the benefit to you?

• Lower price for a quality product.
• Warranty provided.
• Cleaner environment and sustainability.

Did you know that 10% of all sold goods are returned?

E-commerce and relaxed return policies (allowing items to be returned within 30 days) have encouraged faster shopping, which has introduced a lot of impulsivity and inattention, resulting in items being returned for various reasons, such as: the color, size, or functionality did not fit, or the packaging/item was damaged.

How do we implement this project?

1. We purchase customer-returned items from major retail platforms.

2. We then carefully sort the items, check their quality, and describe their condition.

3. We pack the items in new packaging or carefully reseal the damaged packaging and provide them to customers.

4. We upload real, unretouched photos of the item and lower the price of the item on our sales platforms.

How we label these items:

• PRODUCT CONDITION: - we indicate whether the item is new or used.
• FUNCTIONAL ITEM: - we indicate whether the item performs its function.
• DAMAGED ITEM: - we indicate whether the item has external damage (dents, noticeable scratches).
• ORIGINAL PACKAGING: - we indicate whether the item's packaging is original or if it is packed in our own packaging.
• MISSING COMPONENTS/PARTS: - whether there are missing parts, such as: screws, cables, or other components not always known.

We try to show everything in the PHOTOS, so we recommend that you inspect them carefully. We strive to present items as clearly as possible, but sometimes we might miss something. You will see all important nuances of the item in the photos.

We hope that this project will help reduce environmental pollution, as HIGH-QUALITY items will no longer be pointlessly destroyed, but rather, they will easily reach their new owners and be used for a long time to come.
