Poultry plucker and vacuum sealer 2in1 by Wiesenfield is suitable for use in agriculture, industry, and food processing. It is perfect for various bird species, from chickens to turkeys. The machine's capacity is 270 kg/h. This means you can pluck 5-6 birds per minute and vacuum seal 3-5 birds at the same time. The plucker features 184 specially shaped rubber fingers. Feathers can be removed using a water jet. The machine has a drainage opening, under which a waste container can be placed. The vacuum sealer has a removable meat basket and a drain valve. The housing is made of stainless steel. The machine has 4 wheels, which facilitate transport. Scalding parameters vary for different types of birds: chickens (60-65°C, 70-90 s.), ducks (63-66°C, 160-180 s.), geese (70-72°C, 120-130 s.), pheasants (63-67°C, 70-90 s.), turkeys (51-54°C, 80-95 s.).
